September 09, 2024Dues and Death Benefit.
Posted March 30, 2021
Brothers and Sister,
Our transition to Centralized dues is progressing and moving in a very positive direction. To help with this change please sign-up with the IUPAT MMP APP (Member Mobile Portal ) and go to www.dc16iupat.org website to pay your dues. If you have any questions please call the Union Hall for assistance. If you are going to pay dues by check please make the check or money order out to District Council 16 Centralized Dues, and mail to 2705 Constitution Drive Livermore, CA 94551. It is very important that you make the check or money order out for the exact amount and write your member number/local 767 in the memo line to avoid any issues. The Local 767 Death Benefit portion must be paid to Local 767 in Sacramento at 7111 Governors Circle, Sacramento CA, 95823. If you haven’t paid the Death Benefit portion to the Local, you will be billed in April and you must pay the amount due. The Death Benefit is mandatory until the new 767 Bylaws are ratified. Please if you have any question call the Local Union Hall!
