Being a Union Glazier in Vegas means everything to me and I know people say that and that’s where it ends, but when I go to work every day its another opportunity for me to show my ethics, my character, my quality, and my dedication to a set of values that has put food on my family’s table my whole life, starting with my Father. Now it provides the same for me and my family.

I had a friend in the trade who recommended I join, right out of high school I started my Apprenticeship. The structure and organization of the Apprenticeship program and the trainings we are offered has benefited me throughout my career. It is also reassuring knowing that the person working next to me has the knowledge and skillset, someone I can rely on.  Being in the Union has great pay and benefits, I recently bought my first home.
