DC16 STAR TRAINING

The STAR program is paid for by contributions from each of you which were achieved through Collective Bargaining. This program is designed entirely for YOU. It exists to offer you real incentives to acquire the certifications, training, and tools that today's finishing trades mechanics require. It exists to enhance your ability to succeed in a competitive environment. When DC 16 workers are more productive, our DC 16 employers are more competitive. The more competitive your employer is, the greater share of their market they can compete in. The larger their market share, the more employment opportunities for you...the more secure your future becomes.
