Wage Increase

Brothers and sisters,
Your next scheduled wage increase will take effect on February 1, 2022. In compliance with the IUPAT Constitution you are to allocate 5% of the negotiated increase to your pension and $0.10 to your Member Benefit Fund, leaving a remainder of $0.85 to allocate. Your Local Union Executive Board came up with the three options listed in the table below. Take note, January 5, 2022 is your vote date. Thank you.
