Recently I have been getting phone calls about the STAR Program and if they are holding classes. If you go to the STAR website (dc16star.org) you will find a user-friendly website and a list of classes available. Currently there are 9 classes that are available to floor covering installers through June 2021. Some of the classes listed are Mapei Training, Tarkett Vinyl Select and Forbo Training. They are also offering First Aide/CPR, 8 Hour Lead Refresher and Boom and Lifts. All classes are being held at the West Sacramento Training Center. You will need your PPE and face mask. Classes are being held to 10-12 participants depending on the class. They are also offering several classes online. Please check out the STARS Website and sign up for a class.
