Greetings Brothers and Sisters!

It has been very exciting to be able to have “one on one” conversations about the upcoming contract and its ratification. Talking to every member gave me the ability to hear your wants, concerns, and needs of your family regarding a new Northern California Glaziers Master Agreement. These talks have led to my rededication to reach out to all members and have frank conversations about what they need from me as a Business Representative to help support them. It was incredible to see the interaction between our BMST Robert Williams the III in the zoom platform. The zoom meeting had about 160 participants in attendance. Questions were asked and answered, and a very positive direction was achieved. I look forward to continuing to hear the wants and needs of every member and providing the service that the membership needs from their Business Representative. Please make every effort to attend the local union zoom meetings to help us keep all members informed and educated on up coming events. Have a great summer and be safe.
