What’s New in 767?

Local 767’s By-laws Committee has been working on our Local By-laws and we hope to have ratification and submit them to the IUPAT by the end of the year.

The 2020 Women’s Build Nation Conference and the IUPAT Women’s Caucus were just held. We will be looking into possibly setting up a Woman’s Committee at the Local level.

We are also working with our new IMSE system that is used to track members, collect dues, dispatch members and verify phone numbers, addresses, classifications and certifications.

I would like to welcome Anette Fejeran and Victoria West to our Sacramento administration team whom take on the duties to be serving our members of Local Union 487, 767, and 1237. We also welcome Sierra Klima who is a DC16 admin focused on research into markets and industries that will provide work and opportunities for our members. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. (closed 12:00 P.M to 1:00 P.M. for lunch). Please remember we do not except cash at the Local. Starting 2021 we will be going to Centralize Dues Collection and your union dues will be paid to District Council 16. We will be getting you all the information on this transition in the next couple of months. Please get involved with you Local Union and feel free to call if you have any questions.

VAC’s and Work in the City

Members of Locals 12, 718, & 913 participated in a Beach Clean up last weekend in Pacifica with the Pacifica Costal Commission. After we picked up the beach, we had a BBQ and enjoyed a day at the beach!
