We are working towards a Project Labor Agreement for the Richmond Waste Water Treatment Plant. Project Labor Agreements are negotiated between the end user and the Building Trades to ensure working protections, project quality and delivery of a valued product to our community. This venture will provide among hours, clean water to our members and family.
