Career Fair and Project Spotlight

Brothers and Sisters,

I hope you’re all doing well in this Holiday season.

First big highlight: Our visit to the Career Fair at Indian Springs High School.

Keith, Garrett, and I had a great time meeting students who are ready to join the trades. It was inspiring to see so many young people excited about building their future with their hands. Their interest and enthusiasm reminded us why our work matters.

Project Spotlight: 1512 Members at The Cosmopolitan Casino.

Our members have been working hard in the ballrooms at The Cosmopolitan, and the results look outstanding. The skill, pride, and professionalism our team brings to every job continues to raise the bar. This is the kind of craftsmanship that makes us proud to be part of this Union.

As we wrap up the year, I want to thank every member for your hard work, dedication, and strength.
