CONGRADULATIONS!!!

Congratulations are in order to the Local Union 294 2025 apprentice graduating class. With additional Kudos going out to Kyle Kodman Painter for the W.M. B Saleh Company for being recognized as Commercial Painter Apprentice of the year! And also, Mark Saleh President of the W. M. B Saleh company. On behalf of the staff and membership of Local 294 we wish all our new Journeypersons a very prosperous and successful careers!!!

Negotiations: Painters and Drywall Finishers your Master Agreements and Addendums are going to be expiring in 2026, Its time to start thinking about what you would like to see in your upcoming agreements. Please start coming to the Local Union meetings to express your thoughts.

DC16 Bylaws as you are all aware the DC16 Bylaws were overwhelmingly approved by a vote of the membership a little while back. However, the IUPAT decided that our process that they approved was wrong so we must re vote the DC16 Bylaws. That vote will be taking place as all were notified at our August 5^th, 2025 regular union meeting with the special call beginning promptly at 5:30pm. Please be sure to be in good standing and come cast your vote.
