We’re excited to share an important update to your Health & Welfare Trust benefits. Starting January 1, 2026, the Health Services Foundation (HSF) will be partnering with our Trust to provide Care Counseling services. Health Services Foundation (HSF) is replacing MedExpert exclusively for Members covered by Anthem Blue Cross in California.

HSF is here to help you and your family navigate your health plan by finding in-network doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other providers—helping you avoid out-of-network costs and get the most from your benefits.

HSF Care Counseling Program Overview & Live Q&A

HSF will be hosting virtual informational sessions to introduce services and provide an opportunity for members to ask questions. These sessions are designed to help you better understand the resources and support HSF offer.
