Biggest Project Labor Agreement in United States History

I am proud to announce that the Napa/Solano Building Trades Council has come to terms and completed the largest Project Labor Agreement in United States history. The “Forever California” city agreement is valued at up to 150 billion dollars which would include all phases of building a new city and the proposed ship building project in Collinsville along the delta (40 years) of potential work that will keep trades people working within Solano County.

All signatures are in place on the PLA and the work that will be done by the Flannery Group will all be covered under the PLA in Solano County. This is big for working people in our area.
