Brothers and Sisters, the election season is upon us! It is crucial for members of local 83 and the labor movement to support the candidates that support us. Please attend your local meetings and get up to date on local labor friendly candidates that will have a direct effect in our communities. If you or a family member are not registered to vote, please visit https://registertovote.ca.gov/ and get registered. Every vote counts!
Local 83 meetings are the second Thursday of every month. If you attend 4 meetings within a 12-month period you will receive a Local 83 hooded sweatshirt! I look forward seeing you all there.
