I started my career as a Union Painter in 1979. I participate in my Local Union events, programs and am a member of the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists.  As a member of the CBTU it offers me additional opportunities to participate in events and various community outreach programs with the support of my Local Union. I am currently working at the Port of Oakland painting cranes where I am near the end of my career with a good retirement in sight.  I would like to thank all my Union brothers and sisters for all the work that we do!
