San Francisco Mayor London Breed and City Administrator Naomi Kelly, announce finalized citywide project labor agreement to support working people and small businesses on public construction projects in the city and county of San Francisco. This endeavor has been decades long negotiation with the building trades and city leaders to provide sustainable opportunity for future work for the residence and members of San Francisco.
