Mass deportations, as proposed by President Trump, would harm U.S. workers, not help them. Immigrants make up a significant part of the workforce and community, with one in five workers and one in four children having immigrant ties. Targeting and deporting millions of immigrants means attacking workers, including union members, and weakening the labor movement.
