Brothers and sisters of Local 12,

Down to two weeks left of this challenging 2020 year. Recognizing the difficult times during this Global Pandemic, The STAR Board met and collectively decided to pay any member’s quarter Union dues if they are not working and have put their name on the Out-of-Work List (OWL). This will apply for the upcoming months of January, February, or March 2021. Only one quarter dues per member will be allowed. A communication from STAR should be coming soon.

Due to COVID-19, many Holiday events that we annually participate in have been cancelled. So in the interest of preventing the spread of the Coronavirus, I urge you to please wear a face coverings and encourage others to do the same. Wash your hands, practice 6 ft. distance between each other, and be safe. Together with everyone’s support, WE WILL BEAT THIS! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
