It’s Your Contract!

Thank you to all the members who came out to let their voice be heard. The Northern California Drywall Finishers Master Agreement has been ratified with a 97.4% yes vote. This will be a 4-year contract for $20.00 total to the total package. The first $5.00 increase has been pre-allocated as follows: $3.61 – Taxable Net Wage, $0.05 – IUPAT-FTI, $0.05 – IUPAT-LMCI, $0.04 – Work Preservation Fund, and $1.25 – BAPT Annuity Fund (Effective January 1, 2027, $0.50 will be reallocated to the Health & Welfare Fund and $0.10 will be reallocated to the IUPAT Administrative Dues Check-Off, leaving $0.65 in Annuity)

Local 3 Brothers and Sisters, days off for both Painters and Drywall Finishers are as follows: Friday 7/3 is a holiday, and Monday 7/6 is a DDO. Saturday and Sunday would be paid at your normal overtime rates if worked.
