DC16 Apprentice Graduation Dinner

We would like to congratulate all the apprentices from District Council 16 that have taken the next step to becoming Journey workers. Local 12 and 1237 had 24 graduates who completed their apprenticeship and passed the Exit exam by completing the apprentice certification test. Between Local 12 apprentices had to pass a written exam and complete and pass one carpet and one hard surface mockup in order to graduate. Thanks to the vision of Director of Training Alex Beltran and instructors Val, Dave, Robert, and Tim, we have the first of its kind floorcovering exit exam so that our workforce become a more efficient and diverse Journey worker in the floorcovering industry.
