Bylaws

Brothers and Sister,

Next week you will receive a copy of Local 767’s proposed bylaws in the mail. The Bylaws vote will be held April 28, 2021 from 1:00pm till 6:00pm. The delegates at the 32^nd IUPAT General Convention voted on changes and additions so the process could start on bylaws. Shortly after the new IUPAT Constitution was passed the District Councils and the Local Unions started to rewriting the Bylaws to conform with the new IUPAT Constitution. I would like to thank all of Local 767’s members who volunteered with the process of rewriting and contributing ideas to the new Bylaws for Local 767. The Bylaws Committee has been working on Local 767’s Bylaws for the last 9 months and drafted a lot of changes especially adding in “the Member Benefit Fund”.
