Bylaws, Updating Important Info. & more!

First off I like to thank all the members who came out for the drive thru vote for the District Council 16 Bylaws on April 9^th and the Local Union 1176 Bylaws on April 29^th , I like to especially thank Gama Loza and Denise Leonor for taking the time out of their day and come out to serve as tellers and assisting on counting the vote.

A reminder to all ! if you have moved/changed your address recently you must notify the Local and the Trust Fund this is very important! This is how you receive important information such as changes to your Pension, Annuity and Health and Welfare, also if you have a new Cell phone number, a new home phone number or a new Email please call the local so that we can update that new information we recently have trying to contact member and are coming across a lot of members who’s numbers are no longer valid so make that call and get your information updated.

And lastly we have been reaching out to the member who have been mailing their Checks or Money orders to the Local, we no longer accept dues at the local please send them to:

You must write in the Memo “ Local 1176 and your member Id # “ to avoid being late on your Dues your dues should be paid before the 20^th of the month.
