As most of you are aware I, John Papa, will be retiring come the end of the year. It has been an honor to serve as your Local Union Business Representative for over 27 years!
With that being said, I would like to welcome Jose Luis Rivera who will be taking over as your new Business Representative. I know he will do a wonderful job in serving this great union. Please see below message from Jose:
Greetings,
I have the honor to be your new business representative to our Local Union 272, as our good friend and union Rep John Papa is saying good bye to us at the end of this month.
Come an join us at our re-opening monthly meetings December 14 to our local union 272 at 6pm, we can all wish our best and say farewell to John.
We will have a raffle from $10 -$50 gift cards to Safeway and I can have the opportunity to meet all of you to discuss any concerns or questions.
Let’s keep everyone safe and wear mask to follow safety protocol.
