Where do you want your raise?

Friendly reminder to all Nor Cal Glaziers,
We will be having a wage allocation vote to distribute our $4.50 raise.
As we think about this, we should always have a conversation about planning for the future. Currently we pay $9.00 an hour into our Annuity which is awesome considering when I joined in 1998m we were only putting .25 an hour into it. We should always set aside money for the future, this includes adding money to the NORCAL Glaziers pension which we have not been able to do in almost 20 years.
I hope to see you at the local on May 12th at 6:30 pm for this very important part of being a Union member.
