Welcome to the new Local 376 Information and updates page. Local news and construction updates will be posted on this page.

We currently have 3 Painters on the out of work list and and 2 Drywall Finishers. The work load is still steady right now and we should be able to get the lists cleared soon. Be advised that any members that are out of work need to call into the office on the first working day of every month to get updated to the new out of work list.

The Building Trades and Central Labor Councils are the organizations that, as your representative, I participate in to assist in negotiating Project Labor Agreements (P.L.A.), aka Community Work Agreements (C.W.A.) and other Crafts Coalition negotiations. here is the link to what is going on in the State Building Trades https://cabuildingtrades.org/

Current PLA’s:

County Wide PLA in Solano County: Most recently finished project was the Claybank Jail. Solano College Measure Q ($285 million): Science building at the Fairfield campus and the Auto Tech building in Vallejo on Ascot Parkway. SMUD: upcoming solar wind farm in Benicia on Turner Parkway Vallejo Unified School District ($194 Million): Projects coming soon Fairfield / Suisun Unified School District Measure J ($250 Million): 6 Projects so far including Public Safety Academy, Grange, Suisun Valley, Sheldon, Fairview and KI Jones schools. City of Vallejo: Waterfront plan is still in the works and hopefully will start in 2021
