Wage allocation vote

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026

We would like to wish all Local 12 members a Happy New Year. In 2026, you should see an increase in your pay, annuity, and vacation holiday. When you invite via text for the wage allocation vote, make sure to show up to vote on where you would like to allocate the increase for 2027. 2025 was a busy year, and 2026 is starting to be busy as well. Currently, we have requests for workers from various shops. Please ensure that you call and put your name on the Out of Work List. This is the only way we can confirm that you are not working, and hopefully, we can find you a job.

Apprentices please make sure to fill out all your hours for the school, in December the apprenticeship school sent out over 60 dropped notices that went out to the  Local 12 apprentices for not having work hours current, after speaking with Director of Training Alex Beltran, he mentioned that he does not want to enforce having to drop apprentices back a period after more than one violation, which he can do, remember that you as an apprentice have the duty to follow all the rules that are put in place, we know that they go over all the rules during your orientation.
