UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION?

I would like to remind the membership of the importance of updating your contact information, recently we have been getting a lot of “return to sender” mail returned to our office. We understand life happens and things change quickly. If you have recently changed your Home or Cell phone number, you moved, you had an addition to your family such as a new born or your marital status may have changed, please contact our office to be sure to update your information and at the same time we have you fill out a new IUPAT beneficiary card.

If you are unable to make it to our office we will send out any additional paperwork that may be needed also it is your responsibility to contact the trust fund whether its HSBA (Health & Welfare) or Automotive Industries (Pension), for GILLIG members Western Conference of Teamsters (Pension) you would need to update your information with them as well, Cabinet Finishers and Parking and Highway members do not forget to contact OE Federal Credit Union for your Vacation/Holiday and IUPAT for your Pension with any updates, and a final reminder our Local Union Meeting is held on the second Tuesday of each Month at 5:30, please make every effort to attend.
