Trades Women Build Nations Winter Webinar is this Saturday, March 5th. Please consider attending, as it is important for all members, leaders, and contractors to become educated and get involved when it comes to recruitment and retention of Women in the trades. Creating a diverse work force and a highly skilled workforce is not only good for the labor movement, but also our families. Growth is key to all of our success and women making up 52.5% of the population, can be a great ally. Please also spread the word to our sisters on the jobsite.
