Glaziers Local 1621 Members,

Please see the below link for the Trades Women Build Nations Winter Webinar. This has been a conference that many of you have supported through the years. It is important for all members, leaders, and contractors to become educated and get involved when it comes to recruitment and retention of Women in the trades. Creating a diverse work force and a highly skilled workforce is not only good for the labor movement, but also our families. Growth is key to all of our success and women making up 52.5% of the population, can be a great ally. Please also spread the word to our sisters on the jobsite.

If you would like to take part in the DC16 Women’s committee please reach out to our Director of Service Madison Hull. Her email is madison@www.dc16iupat.org.

Thank you,

Brett Davis
District Council 16 Business Representative
South Bay Regional Director
