Brothers and Sisters,

I am very happy to inform you that DC16/LU294 has signed Frontline Plastering Inc to our Northern California Drywall Finisher Master Agreement and the Fresno and Sacramento Area Addendums to the Master Agreement effective April 11^th, 2026. It was a pleasure meeting with Mr. Paul Dominguez CEO/PRESIDENT and Doug Holland COO/ESTIMATOR for Frontline Plastering and again welcome them as our signatory partners.

Are you currently serving on any school board’s committees or doing active volunteerism at any school district, or belong to any city committees or water boards, are you active in clubs or non-profit organizations? If so please reach out to me and let me know. Local 294 may be able to help, assist or get involved with your endeavors.
