In the Pipeline: Affordable housing in Sunset
San Francisco’s push to build affordable housing in the Sunset moved ahead Wednesday when a Board of Supervisors committee approved the acquisition of a parcel at 2550 Irving St. slated for 98 low-income family apartments. The parcel itself will cost $9 million, with the rest of the money going toward pre-development costs. (San Francisco Chronicle)
