Local 1237 Bylaws

Its bylaws time again.  At the 32nd General Convention the delegates voted on the changes and additions to the IUPAT General Constitution.  After the new constitution comes out, District Council 16 and all the Locals in DC16 have to redo their bylaws.  The Local 1237 Executive Board is also the Bylaws Committee, they have been working on the local’s bylaws for over 9 months.  After several revisions they have a proposed set of bylaws.  We will be sending a proposed set of bylaws to every member of Local 1237 via mail on April 12, 2021.  A Special Called Bylaws Ratification Vote is scheduled and called for on April 28, 2021 from 1pm to 6pm for all Local 1237 members.  To adhere to all Covid-19 protocols, drive-thru voting will be held at 7111 Governors Circle, Sacramento, CA 95823.  If you have any questions, please call me at (916)407-8279.
