Large Increase!

On May 19th, 2026, the Commercial and Industrial Painters overwhelmingly ratified their new contract proposal. Commercial Painters received a 4-year contract for $17.00 total to the Total Package. Industrial & Bridge Painters received a 4-year contract for $18.00 total to the Total Package.
District Council 16 and Local 741 would like to thank everyone for coming out and letting your voice be heard. This is the largest increase we have had, and it paves the way for a bright future for our Commercial and Industrial painters.
