Holiday/Vacation Dues

For those of you who have your dues deducted from you OE Federal Credit Union Holiday/Vacation account, DC16 Centralized Dues Department will continue to request funds on your behalf.  Some of you should have gotten receipts from January, February and March.  These will be the only receipts you will receive.  Going forward your monthly online bank statement will be your receipt and verification that your monthly dues have been paid.  For those of you who are paying dues on the Mobile Member Portal (MMP) please remember to screen shot the amount you paid. For those of you who have not signed up for the MMP please call the office and we can assist you.  I would also like to remind you that all methods of payment can take 7-10 days to process.  I have spent a considerable amount time this week calling members who have not paid dues and will go suspend April 1st.  The most common questions I get is “can I pay my dues over the phone?” or “can I bring a check to the union hall?”.  The answer to both is no.  The local no longer has a card reader as all dues are collected by DC16 Centralized Dues Department.  If you have any questions or need assistance, please call me at (916)407-2879 or the union hall at (916)393-2742.
