Building Union Power in Spanish.

Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are all doing well.

On August 5^th, Cristian, Keith and I had the opportunity to teach our first training in Spanish.

We had 25 members that showed up for this great training where we taught about the Union’s history, the decline of it and invited everyone to share ideas to be able to build Union power again amongst the membership.

Members will gain insight into their personal role in strengthening union power, understand the value of working together toward common goals, and leave with a deeper sense of how individual actions contribute to our union’s success.
