In other news, be advised that we have some brothers and sisters currently not working. Remember to keep your name on the list if you are looking for work by calling the union office on the first working day of the month. If you do not call in to reaffirm your name on the list your name will be dropped from the list. Also, if you are not working this is a good time to update your certifications necessary minimum certifications are First Aid/CPR, Forklift Operator/Class 7 Telehandler, OSHA 10 or 30, Scaffolding, All Aerial Man Lifts, Swing Stage, and Fall Protection. Be advised some of these certifications are combined in one training class. If these are up to date, there are other refresher classes and certifications available. We are in the new fiscal year, and you will have a year to make eligibility to attend the STAR event. We are returning to a new normal. The pandemic is nearly behind us, butt stay vigil and take of yourself and others around you. If you notice are meeting schedule is back to normal. We will be meeting in person this August at the 1939 Market Street San Francisco location!

Be safe out there, watch out for your fellow glazier. We are building this together. If I don’t see you on the job, I hope to see you at our next meeting.
