Certification Requirements for Your Next Dispatch


To remain eligible for your next dispatch, please ensure all required certifications are current and up to date.

Commercial Painters Certifications Now Required….

• Fall Protection with Ladder Safety 

• Booms & Lifts (MEWP) 

• Harassment Training 

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 

• Scaffold Training New Requirement Effective July 1, 2027 

• Lead Awareness Training 

Industrial & Bridge Painters Certifications Now Required….

• OSHA 10 • Scaffold Training 

• Harassment Training 

• CAS Level 2 Certification (Spray Painters & Blasters) 

• Hanging Platform Training • Booms & Lifts (MEWP) 

• Fall Protection with Ladder Safety New Requirement Effective July 1, 2027 

• AMPP Lead Awareness Training

To avoid delays with your next dispatch, please make sure all required certifications are current.

REMINDER…

Please be advised that an Allocation Vote has been scheduled from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Monday, July 13, 2026. The Northern California Painters Master Agreement increase for January 1, 2027, is ($4.00) per hour to be allocated by the members. Members may vote at any of the below locations, with their current ID:

San Francisco: 1620 Folsom Street,

San Leandro: 2020 Williams Street,

San Jose: 2149 Oakland Rd.,

Vallejo: 401 Nebraska St.,

Petaluma: 1130 Industrial Ave., Unit 7, 

Watsonville: 35 Penny Lane, Ste. 5,

Sacramento: 7111 Governors Circle,

Tracy: 400 Gandy Dancer Drive

Fresno: 4650 E. Weathermaker Avenue
