Apprenticeship graduation

Brothers and Sisters, I hope you are all doing well.

This weekend, we had the apprenticeship graduation dinner, where apprentices from all 4 trades had the opportunity to get together and celebrate a new beginning in their careers. 

This year, we had 7 Floor Coverers that journeyed out, it’s amazing to see getting their diploma. Being an apprentice is not easy, you got to take classes every 3 months, you got to put in the extra work and time to learn fast and effectively, there were some times where some of them wanted to quit and do something else, but their resilience showed that no matter the obstacle, there’s always something good on the other side of the road.

Thank you to all apprentices that have and will graduate, you are the future of this Local, be proud!
