Hermanos y Hermanas,

Espero que esto te encuentre bien.

On Tuesday, 8^., we had the opportunity to initiate a few members, included our first female apprentice!

By joining, these individuals have taken an important step toward ensuring their voices are heard in the workplace and that their rights, benefits, and working conditions are protected and strengthened.

Union membership means becoming part of a larger movement. Unions work to negotiate fair contracts, secure safe working environments, and advocate for better wages and job protections. These new members are now part of this proud tradition. 

I hope to see you all continue to grow.

We are still looking for carpet installers! If you know someone who’s not working, please send them my way, we need everyone’s support to find the best future members and to make sure this Local stay working, stay busy, and stay safe.
