Now is our time to step up and make history.

We have an opportunity to help change the laws in Henderson to support Community Benefit Agreements—agreements that can open the door to more public work projects for our members. This means more jobs, more hours, and more stability for our union families.

We’ve already seen the success of these agreements in California. They have helped create steady work and stronger communities. There’s no reason we can’t bring those same benefits here.

Work has been slow, and we all know the ups and downs of this trade—the feast or famine rollercoaster. Community Benefit Agreements are one way we can help create more consistent opportunities and take control of our future.

But we can’t do it without you.

Solidarity and strong turnout from our members send a clear message to our elected officials: we are united, we are strong, and we are ready to work. This is how we earn their support and secure more opportunities for our membership.
