¿Estás bien? Esa puede ser una pregunta difícil de responder por mucho de nosotros a veces….
I know there have been times I was not OK in my life. I have come to learn it’s OK to not be OK. The tricky part is talking about it and finding help. Luckily for US there is a program we have as Union members called IUPAT Helping Hands. The IUPAT has recognized that there is a need for help in dealing with Suicide and Substance Abuse.
