ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?

Hermanos y Hermanas,

That was the question I asked BM/ST Williams when he informed me that we just tentatively approved a Painter Master Agreement that is $17.00 over four years with an extra dollar for Industrial work! In my 18 years serving as your Business Representative that is the largest contract ever bargained for Painters regardless of jurisdiction area. I know we work off of an addendum in the Fresno Area but we do vote on the Master Agreement and we need to get out and VOTE yes on this agreement. If this agreement is ratified the precedence set will only help while negotiating the Fresno and Sacramento Addendums.

So please get down to the Local Union Hall on Tuesday May 19^. 2026 between 6am and 5pm and VOTE YES ON THIS AGREEMENT!!!!! If you are working out of area no problem you may vote at any designated Voting Location. 

On another note, we are currently also negotiating the Northern California Drywall Finisher Master Agreement. Drywall finishers stay tuned we should have something to vote on coming up soon!!!

Glaziers and Floor Coverers we will be allocating your 1/1/2027 increase on June 4^. at the Local Union Hall. Glaziers at 5pm and Floor Coverers at 6pm. Look in your mailboxes for the official notification.
