Hermanos y Hermanas,
Quisiera agradecer a los miembros del Sindicato Local de Vidrieros 718 que ayudaron con nuestro Voto de Asignación de Salarios. Estos miembros fueron más allá. Sacrificaron un sábado para asegurarse de que el proceso de votación en San Francisco y Petaluma fuera limpio y justo.

The vote results for the allocation of our January 1, 2023 $2.00 wage increase are below:
- $1.00 to the Taxable Net Wage
- $0.10 IUPAT Pension (5% mandatory increase per IUPAT Constitution)
- $0.22 IUPAT Alt 2 contribution
- $0.33 Glaziers Annuity
- $0.35 Health & Welfare (money not needed for H&W will go to Wage Equality)
