2027 Raise!

Hermanos y Hermanas,

Local 1621 will soon be meeting with other Locals to begin discussions on our 2027 raise allocation. As it stands, our raise for that year will be $4.50.

This is your money — and your voice matters.

We encourage every member to reach out to your Business Representative or Executive Board members and let us know what’s important to you.

Would you like:

• More money on the check?
• A larger contribution to your annuity?
• Increased funding directed toward the Nor Cal Pension now that we have officially reached 100% funded status?

Reaching 100% funding is a major accomplishment. Some members may want to push contributions beyond 100% to strengthen the fund even further and position us to make future improvements to our pensions.

As we typically do, we will present two allocation options for the membership to vote on. Your feedback helps shape those options — so please speak up and make sure one of the proposals reflects what you want to see in this final year of our contract.

This is your opportunity to help decide where your $4.50 goes.
