Para aquellos de ustedes que se unieron recientemente al sindicato, si han estado sin trabajo por m\u00e1s de 2 d\u00edas, deben llamar a la oficina (916)393-2742 y poner su nombre en el OWL. Para permanecer en la lista, debe volver a llamar el primer d\u00eda del mes. Si est\u00e1 solicitando desempleo, debe estar en el OWL. Si EDD llamara y usted no est\u00e1 en el OWL, negar\u00e1n sus beneficios de desempleo. Si es un aprendiz, debe estar en el OWL, por lo que, si es necesario, se le puede asignar para cumplir con un DAS-142. Como aprendiz puede ser enviado a un DAS-142 a una empresa no sindicalizada, no se le pagar\u00e1n sus beneficios sindicales, pero recibir\u00e1 su paquete total menos impuestos.
