Necesitamos recaudar esta contribuci\u00f3n para pagar nuestra parte. La igualdad salarial (recuperaci\u00f3n del mercado) ha creado muchas horas de trabajo para los miembros del Local 1237. Este es un fondo que me gustar\u00eda ver aumentar a $2.00 lo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible. El IUPAT DCO (tasa de verificaci\u00f3n de cuotas) se implement\u00f3 en la \u00faltima Convenci\u00f3n General de IUPAT en un esfuerzo por ayudar a los miembros. Las cuotas no aumentar\u00e1n seg\u00fan la Constituci\u00f3n actual de la IUPAT, sino que por cada hora trabajada, el miembro contribuir\u00e1 $ 0.10 por hora. Esto har\u00e1 que sea menos estresante para los miembros que se encuentran sin trabajo por un per\u00edodo de tiempo. Me complace que pudimos pagarnos a nosotros mismos y seguir usando nuestros aumentos para ayudarnos mutuamente a ganar m\u00e1s horas.
