Attached as a PDF file\nis an authorization for automatic payments of union dues from your OE Federal\nUnion Savings Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How\nit works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Please fill out the authorization card attached, ensure it is <strong>signed<\/strong><\/li><li>Must be current with your June 2021 dues minimum<ul><li>If you are paid in advance, you can still sign up. For example, if you are paid through the end of 2021, you can still sign up. We will begin collecting union dues once your first month is owed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Email back the signed authorization card by Friday, June 11st 2021, to Judith Mendoza Aguilar at <a href=\"mailto:judy@dc16sj.org\">judy@dc16sj.org<\/a>.<\/li><li>You will be added to the list<\/li><li>Deductions are made on the 5th of every month, starting July 5th, 2021<ul><li>Make sure to have the funds prior to the of 5th of every month<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If funds were not obtained, we would call you around halfway into the month once we know who did not have sufficient funds<ul><li>It is the responsibility of each member to have sufficient funds in their savings account to pay for their union dues<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any questions, please feel free to call Local 507 at 408-824-1280<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hay\nuna manera m\u00e1s para asegurarse de pagar sus cuotas de la uni\u00f3n. Adjunto como un\nPDF file est\u00e1 la carta de autorizaci\u00f3n de pagos autom\u00e1ticos a trav\u00e9s de su\ncuenta de ahorros de OE Federal Credit Union para pagar las cuotas de la uni\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como\nfunciona:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Llene por completo la carta de autorizaci\u00f3n, aseg\u00farese de firmar<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Minino debe de estar al d\u00eda con su cuota de Junio 2021<\/strong><ul><li><strong>Si usted ha pagado por  adelantado, puede ingresar a pagos autom\u00e1ticos. Por ejemplo, usted pag\u00f3  hasta Diciembre 2021 puede llenar la solicitud de pagos autom\u00e1ticos.
