Hermanos y Hermanas, me complace mucho informarles que en la reuni\u00f3n del Concejo Municipal de Fresno el 8 de enero de 2021, el Concejo Municipal vot\u00f3 6-1 para entablar negociaciones con Fresno Madera Tulare Kings Building Trades sobre un PLA de toda la ciudad. El proceso de negociaci\u00f3n comenzar\u00e1 probablemente dentro de los pr\u00f3ximos noventa d\u00edas. El \u00fanico voto negativo provino del concejal del Distrito 6, Garry Bredefeld. El Distrito 6 abarca Bullard Ave North hasta Alicante Rd y entre Blackstone y Willow.
