This urban center will incorporate\nresidential units, restaurants, entertainment venues, hotels, retail, and\noffice space to establish a new neighborhood in a pedestrian oriented \u201clive,\nwork, play\u201d environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Related Santa Clara consists of 9.2 million square feet of\nmixed-use development with a city center of commercial office, retail\/entertainment\nincluding a globally inspired food market, 1,680 residential units, 700 hotel\nrooms and approximately 5 million square feet of corporate office space. The\ndevelopment will also feature new roadways and the creation of a 30-acre city\npark.
