Griffiths 1\/24\/1939 \u2013 8\/16\/26<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brother Karl Griffiths joined Local 1237 in April of 1963 and remained a member for over 63 years. He passed away on August 16, 2026, in El Dorado Hills, CA. Brother Karl was a Veteran and a life member of Local 1237. His funeral will be held on September 16<sup>.&nbsp;<\/sup> in Folsom, CA. When I get more information, I will pass it on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I hope this article finds you and yours looking forward to the 4-day weekend that is Labor Day. The pay for the 4 weekend is as follows;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Friday September 4<sup>.<\/sup> DDO \u2013 Paid a t time and a half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saturday September 5<sup>.<\/sup> \u2013 Paid at double time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sunday September 6<sup>.<\/sup> \u2013 Paid at double time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monday September 7<sup>.<\/sup> \u2013 Per the CBA there is no work to be done during the 24 hours of Labor Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please let me know if you have any questions or think that you were not paid the correct rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brothers and Sisters, Karl J.
