Family members, friends, instructors, contractors, and union leaders gathered to recognize the graduates&#8217; dedication, hard work, and successful completion of their apprenticeship training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event honored the graduates as they advanced to journeyperson status, marking an important milestone in their careers. The ceremony highlighted District Council 16&#8217;s ongoing commitment to developing a highly skilled workforce and strengthening the future of the finishing trades throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada.
